Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior partner at Bain & Company and held advisory roles with regional private equity firms. Carlos brings deep expertise in navigating complex and volatile market environments, helping clients unlock growth, drive operational improvements, and execute strategic investments. He plays a key role in establishing the firm as a trusted advisor in Latin America, while also facilitating cross-regional collaboration with Southeast Asia clients.
