About the Role

As a Consulting Associate, you will support the delivery of consulting projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights to help clients solve complex business problems. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients across various industries.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Support end-to-end project execution, from research to final delivery
    • Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis
    • Gather, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights
    • Build analytical models using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
    • Prepare client deliverables, including presentations (PowerPoint) and reports
    • Participate in client meetings and assist in requirement gathering
    • Track project progress and support project management activities
    • Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practices

Qualifications

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Core Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work with data and build basic analytical models
    • Structured thinking and clear communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Technical Skills (Preferred)

    • Experience with SQL, Python, or R
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
